{ how to order OHSAA posters}
We offer custom posters for OHSAA State Final events. Choose from five different poster styles, sized 11x14 or 16x20. Each poster style is different, and all allow you to customize the colors and text, and select the photos you wish to include. We will design it per your specs, and email you a sample for approval.
To order, begin by selecting the images you wish to include. You can include up to seven images on our Team poster and our Collage poster, four images on our State Finals Custom poster, three mages on our Triple Play poster, and one image on our Nostalgia poster (see below for descriptions). Write down the image numbers, and click "find your photo" to locate your event. Click the shopping cart icon for your first image then scroll down to the poster products and select the size and style. Enter the image numbers in the provided entry blanks, along with your athlete info and any special text. Then enter the quantity. Enter any special instructions in the "comments" field during checkout.

Nostalgia Poster: A black and white single-image

how to order CDs }
- To order a single-image CD, add the picture of your choice to the shopping cart, and select the "High Resolution CD for Unlimited Printing and Usage (one player)." Quantity must be "1".
- To order a 6-image CD, follow the directions above, but enter the image numbers for the six images you want in the provided entry fields. Quantity must be 1.
- To order any of the unlimited-image CDs, you must first save your desired images in your "Favorites" list (click the "add to favorites" icon beneath the thumbnail of each image you want on your CD).
- To order an Entire Game CD, simply enter the event name(s) in the provided fields. Again, quantity must be "1".

why can't I find my event? }
Clicking the "find your photo" button at the top of the home page displays a list of events currently available on the website. Scroll to the bottom and click the arrow keys to display subsequent pages, if any. If you still don't see your event, it may have expired. But never fear, we keep all photos archived, so chances are we still have your picture. Contact us and we'll work with you to get you what you need!

where's my stuff? }
Online orders are usually processed and sent to our finishing lab within a day of ordering. Processing and shipping time is 1 to 2 weeks depending on the type of product. Click here to find your order in our automated system.

Some of our special products are processed at an alternate finishing lab, and must be shipped seperately. So, you may get a photo order in one shipment, and a special item such as a statuette or photo button in a different shipment.

is it safe to use my credit card online? }
Your online experience with Impact Action Sports Photography is completely safe and private through our secure order network hosted by morephotos.com. Online payments are handled by the internet's largest online payment system authorize.net which uses a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information.
- The system will encrypt your information to protect it from being decoded by any third party or anyone other than Impact Action Sports Photography. The moment you checkout, your computer will communicate with our secure servers in secure mode.

- We are a local, small business, and your privacy is very important us. can I crop my photos myself? }
Our web provider currently does not allow online editing of photographs. But we are happy to work with customers to meet any special photofinishing needs. Ordering a custom CD is the easiest way to have total control of your prints, assuming you also have a digital photo software package (such as Photoshop) that allows you to edit JPEGs.
Rest assured that we take cropping and color correcting just as seriously as we do taking great action shots. Quality photofinishing is the key to a great finished product. Our photographers typically shoot events "tightly", which allows us to maintain a high image resolution and a high-quality, sharp print with brilliant, true-to-life color, with minimal need for cropping.

While our customers love the easy online ordering interface for our action shots, we have found that, in order to provide the widest selection of team picture products (such as statuettes, sports cards, bobbleheads, etc.) at the best prices, and with the quickest and most reliable turnaournd, it is best to work exclusively with our local team-picture vendor to fulfill most of our team-picture orders.
