standard shipping policies

All of our orders go through a hands-on color correction and cropping procedure to make sure your prints are the best thay can be. All matting and framing is done in-house, and all posters are designed by our in-house designers. We want to provide the highest-quality products possible. We strive to meet the following delivery standards:

  • Standard prints, CDs, and novelty product orders: please allow 10-15 days for printing, packaging and shipping.
  • Framed prints (other than custom posters): please allow an extra week.
  • Custom poster orders: shipping times vary based on customer approval and consultation. We communicate with poster customers via email to finalize our designs. Once final design is approved, printing and shipping is typically done in a week or less, slightly longer if matting and framing are involved.
  • Electronic image orders: JPEG file(s) typically emailed to you within 3 days of order.


rush orders

Rush processing is available. Choose the "RUSH" option in the shipping drop-down selector during checkout (additional charges apply). To ensure rush processing, and to guarantee delivery by a specific date, please call us at 614-266-1674 for a delivery estimate. Note the following in regards to RUSH processing:

  • Standard prints 11x14 and under and CDs with RUSH processing will ship in 4-7 days.
  • Standard prints 16x20 and over and clothing, or other novelty print products with RUSH processing will ship in 5-10 days.
  • Framed prints (other than custom posters) please allow an extra 3 days for expedited framing.
  • Custom posters with RUSH processing will receive priority approval and design processing, but final printing and shipping will depend on customer approval, consultation, and any framing services.

We are happy to work with you to meet "must-have" deadlines for banquets, birthdays, holidays, or other special situations where time is of the essence. Please call or fill out our online contact form to discuss the options. In many cases, we can upload image files to a local print lab in your community so you can pick up your order directly.
